HighLevel is an AI-powered business operating system for agencies, entrepreneurs, and SMBs. The company operates as a global remote-first organization with 2,000+ team members across 10+ countries. This backend SDE-3 role owns the CRM Opportunities product end-to-end: data models, APIs, distributed workflows, background jobs, performance, reliability, observability, and incident response for high-volume multi-tenant SaaS systems. The role expects production backend ownership, Node.js or Go experience, SQL/NoSQL data modeling, distributed systems fundamentals, queues or event streaming, and enough Vue.js fluency to ship occasional UI surfaces.
