Cresta is hiring a remote Application Support Engineer for its Customer Success team. The role handles technical issue resolution for API integrations, databases, servers, microservice performance, web hosting, telephony, networking, and containerized applications. It also works with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams on escalations, documentation, issue reproduction, testing, product expertise, process improvement, and rotational on-call support. Candidates should have 2-4 years of technical support, helpdesk, or customer-facing engineering experience, strong problem solving skills, API and log analysis experience, and familiarity with support tools such as Zendesk, Linear, or JIRA. Bonus skills include SaaS or CCaaS integrations, AWS S3/RDS/EKS, Kubernetes, Python, PowerShell, Bash, Datadog, Grafana, VOIP protocols, and network troubleshooting.
