You will join cross-functional teams in CRM-related systems and work on backend web services, including GraphQL and REST APIs, messaging/event infrastructure with Kafka and Redis, data scalability for large volumes, and shipping distributed systems for sales productivity. Responsibilities include designing new API features, improving scalability and performance, scaling Elasticsearch search, building integrations, and maintaining high-quality Python-based architecture with async/event processing.
